How do I work?

We employ a highly comprehensive approach to design, estimate, and construct your family home. Please review the following steps.

FIRST MEETING

We provide a complimentary 60-minute consultation to discuss your needs, site specifics, desired inclusions, and house size. Following the consultation, you will receive an outline estimate incorporating the builder’s inclusions.

DEVELOPMENT

After agreeing on the estimation and inclusions, including house details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the builder will commence preparing the outline sketch of the house once the owner has paid the deposit for the design works.

CONSTRUCTION

At this stage, the owners will review the design provided by the architect, incorporating any final changes discussed in person. Once adjustments are made, the builder will finalize the drawings, and the construction contract will be signed.
